[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine Senorita Deluxe — service person not attending after getting money from me

i bought ifb senorita deluxe washing machine during 2008. my machine is under AMC from 20.08.2012 and the service person got extra cost Rs.375 for some rubber part.after getting money, the service person Mr.Ramu([protected]) not even attending my phone call.i sent one mail to the service centre.but the mail did nt sent to the id that they had given in the AMC bill.
