Sir,
I bought IFB Senorita DX Washing Machine in May 2010. Ever since commissioning of this machine i have had a series of defects in my washing machine. At times i have felt like throwing this machine, as i had to do the washing myself.
The machine had problem in its drain system followed by NTC Thermal Unit in 2010.
The problem persisted and no customer care engineer could identify the exact problem.
My heating functions never worked at all. The heating element was changed twice and still the problem continued.
This year i had problems from March 2012, the machine stops half way and i have to restart entire cycle again. I have wasted some (kilograms) of washing powder because of this.
The machine started making noise, waking up the entire colony as if an helicopter had landed on my house.
I am completely upset and disappointed by the service of IFB and they are yet to resolve my complaint.
I have made some hundred calls to Customer Care and i get an answer that the issue has been accorded high priority.
A service engineer turned up in my home after 100 calls and three months (i hope this is what IFB meant as high priority)...
IFB is yet to resolve my problems and now my machine does not wash only. Every function stops in the beginning flushing all my detergent in drain...
Please help me. I have no option to throw this machine now. Machine is still in warranty and two years of warranty left now.. Was this information helpful? |
