Wellcomeshop.in — flawless concealer

This company sent me completely wrong product on googling it it was a skin bleacher i emailed saying theyd sent wrong item but they just said cant issue refund /exchange. I persisted and they said send pics and video which i did and they said if product not damaged no refund... I then got angry and said its completely wrong item i wouldn't order a bed and be happy to receive a fridge.. But there response is always the same i'm at my wits...

Wellcomeshop.in — I'm complaining about the customer service,

Hi there, i've been trying to return the product that has been described incorrectly and doesn't work, i'm waisting my time emailing customer service in a last few days, they keep slowing down the process, doesn't want to deal with the issue, doesn't want to give me a return address, even though i've sent them a photo, a video proving the product doesn't work, if i have to send the product in to china it will cost me £10, and i would ask...

Wellcomeshop.in — Wrong product delivered

I have order samsung gallexy j5 worth rs 6198 but sent by them some china +z10 mobile order id is 24684 while 100 times call not reciving and nor reply on official mail id i have applied return but each time saying they will retrun
now their official mobile nos showing switch off
please refund my money...

      They always try to stole your money. some one call me this(+[protected] number he[WellcomeShop.in] (said i can able to refund your money) tell me your atm card number after few mintues i have received text msg from bank.he try to stole my money... plz try to control them ... else so many people suffer... try to help
