I have ordered a power bank at whaaky.com as per order no S80735520 on date 05/02/15. They provided me defective material so I have applied for replacement as per their email I have sent the Defective material for replacement by professional courier on date 28/2/15 but till today they do not reply for replacement. Kindly help me in getting my product replaced or get refund money for my product as soon as possible.

Whaaky.com is the worst website I've ever visited. The products which we receive will be totally different from the products displayed on the website. I sent a message saying that I wanted to return the item but their reply was horrible. They replied that the customers must be satisfied with the products which they sent. Don't ever ever buy anything from this site and don't waste your money. want my money back

I placed an order (no S[protected] on 13.04.2015 after advance payment of Rs 1798/- thru netbanking. i recvd. only an sms / email confirmation stating the above order ref. no. After that, i tried to follow-up, through email, and telephone; but there is no response at all. Yesterday, one newsletter type email, came from their site, asking me to unsubscribe, as kolkata PIN code 700074, is not servicable, by them, WHEREAS, their site-login shows that it is very much servicable and they have delivered to me, twice, in the past, at my home-address, BUT, they were all delivered against cash -down upon delivery, and not advance remittance. I am forced to suspect, the present existence of their entity !!!

Dear Sir/Madam, on 4th April 2015 i have placed an order for 1 No 20800 Power bank @ Rs.899 + COD Rs.100 to Whaaky.com through order reference No S80793763. and i have received the consignment on 12th of April'2015. after receiving the consignment i have tried to charge the Power Bank but, its showing charging and lights are continuously blinking and after six hour i have tries to charge my mobile phone, but output button is not working. For the same i have booked a complained on 13th April 2015 at 10:57 am. and i got a reply from them on 13th April 2015 at 5:49 PM to send the screen shot of the power bank. Screen Shot also i have send the on 13th April 2015 at 9:04 pm. now they are asking me to send the defective power bank to Hyderabad office address. at the time of order confirmation through phone, they assure me if defective material comes than they will taken back the same with their courier. please help me in this regards. you can also contact me @ [protected]@gmail.com Thanking you Regards Guru Prasad Mahapatra

They provided me defective material so I have applied for replacement as per their email I have sent the Defective material for replacement by registered Indian post on date 6/4/15 but till today they donot reply for replacement.so do something so they replaced or refund money the same as soon as possible.my mobile no is [protected]

My order of power banks (Order No# S[protected] not been shipped yet, I try to call the contact[protected] Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm / Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm) but no one lifts the call.I mailed so many times couldnt get ant reply.After googling through for Whaaky, I found out that this is a fraud and cheating company nothing else.
I want my money back ASAP.

I request please take an appropriate action against this fraud company, such a way that one should think million times before starting a e-commerce business.

I created a user id with whaaky.com using my mail id (neeraj.[protected]@gmail.com). I added a MI ear phone(RS 99+16 shipping charges extra) and a short ( RS 199) to cart. For placing the order I used NetBanking option, and money was deducted from my account but in their I saw a notification as transaction was failed please try 2nd time. Then I came to know they are doing fraud with people. I called them several times no one received the call. Also sent mails but didn't get any response yet. Please help me in getting the amount back(RS. 314).

When I open this packed I shocked in this packed 3 used old shirts means 2nd hand size “44 in these shirts 2 or 3 cut mark stiches sign and 3 trousers size “36 which is not useful for me. I ordered 5 formal trousers 34 size in whaaky.com they are dispatch all trousers in 30 size and all are same colour and worst clothes. So please take an compliant for whaaky. every month lot of people cheated with whaaky So please bane that website.

Respected sir/mam, Pls, take back my Vodafone mobiles. Bcoz they have battery problem& Mobiles chargers also faulty. Mobile charger is broke down. In this mobile box there is no menu card & documents also. Packing is so poor. I am very Disappointed about this service. My order no. is S80786755 & Order date is 28/03/2015.
