I placed order for 03 nos parx shirts and 01 cotton county mens denim, what I received was 1 parx shirt, 1 notting hill and a Label torn Peter England Shirt, instead of the Mens denim I received a females denim, on mailing [protected]@whaaky.com they asked me to send the courier to them which they shall look into and also provide recharge coupons per courier for Rs 100 each, however over a moth down the line I received yet another two packets with no courier money reimbursed and this time, it was some lousy local jeans and 1 parx shirt, 1 very dirty parx shirt and another Label Torn Peter England shirt. These people are clear frauds and have cheated me.

      Now I got a power bank (after 1 month)
      But the unit is absolutely a fraud one(no company name and not working)
      It is not working!!!
      It could not charged!!!
      Totally a cheating one!!!

      So people do not register in this fraud online marketing ...Be careful on this type of cheating

        I have ordered MI powerbank on 6th February 2015. Order No. S80737822 on whaaky.com. Reference No. S[protected]. I have paid amount of Rs 599. Almost two months are over. I didnot get the product. I have sent email to [protected]@whaaky.com. But they are not responding and they are not picking phone calls[protected]. I have asked for refund of money. but I am not getting any response from whaaky. Kindly do the needful.

          Dear Sir, I am enclosing a kouton shirts parcel which I purchased from you on date of purchase a copy of the invoice and paid for this parcel by cash on delivery system on 03/04/2015. against order IDS80788577 I am returning the product because you did not provide me of 5 kouton shirts and shirts colour is so bad and defective. I need this shirts for my office use and therefore I am requesting that you send me a refund amount Rs 1, 249/-. (Rupees one thousand two hundred and forty nine only). I understand that because the product you sent was defective, I will not be required to pay shipping charges for the collect the shirts from me.             I received order number 80781408, a set of 4 cargo pants yday ie on 3/4/15. To my surprise two pants had dubious patches behind the waist. This is just make it 32 inches as the waist. One pant although depicted the size 30 inches, was actually 34 inches. These were a set of the most disgraceful set of pants i have ever seen in my life. I have already sent the pictures of the same along with my online complaint yesterday at [protected]@whaaky .com, but till have now have not received any response from your side. I want a refund for the same as it is not at all like the cargos as advertised.Please do reply.

            I received the parcel for order number; 80781408, a set of4 cargo pants. These were some of the most dubiously designed pants i have ever seen in my life. Two pants had patches behind on the waist, that comes of a cartoon booke. Onepant had a waist size of 34, but had ordered size 30. I am terribly disappointed with the pants and want a refund for the same. I already complained online at [protected]@whaaky.com, but till now i have not received any response from your side. Even the size of the zip for the pants was not more than 4 inches, which in other cases is atleastt 6-7 inches.

                  I have ordered a MI (Xiome) 10400 mah powerbank on dated 06.03.15 and paid my amount @ Rs 599.00 through debit card vide order no S80767551. I was assured to get my product within 4-5 days. But I have received a fake and non standard product make belkon with 10000 mah rating only today i.e. 02.04.2015 after so many repeated reminder and complaints.The customer support on the part of M/S Whaaky also seems to be very casual as they generally don't bother to reply our emails and their customer contact number always remains no reply. I want either my hard earned money back or the product replaced with what has been promised. Thanx and regards

                    This company displayed a offer of 2 mi Power Bank of 10400 mah capacity for 999/- Got the power bank, but are fake one's local Chinese one which looks like mi power bank, it does not even charge 25% of the phone battery. Do not go for any product from this site, I could have got 1 genuine power bank in this cost.

I was then informed from your side eventually that the product is despatched through TRACKON courier by Consignment no[protected] dt. 12th March 2015. That was about 3 weeks ago and I have still not received the item. I have been following this up with you for over 35 days. So if the order is not available at your end please return back my money at the earliest.

                              Hello, This is in reference to the following order: Order ID: S80729304 Order placed on: 31st January, 2015 at 12:16:52 pm Since the day I have ordered this, I have not received the order over such a long time. I was then informed from side eventually that the product is not available and you will be processing the refund. That was about 3 weeks ago and I have still not received any refund. I am attaching my recent bank statement that includes the debit for this order but credits have still not been refunded. I have been following this up with you for over 2 months now and I really am tired of doing this again and again.I have tried calling for over 100 times and I do not get any answer from your side. The customer service is totally out of place and I have not received any feedback neither my calls have been attended. This has been one of the worst online buying experiences for me.                                 Hello I made this order on 2nd march & today is 1st April when I book this order I received mail from your side that I will receive my order within 10-15 days but till today status is preparing for ship. On the other side I have 5-6 Order No's which I booked for cod No's are s8087625, s8087626, s8087637, s8087663, s8087672, s8087669 & all order made on 29th of march & I got masseges from your side that all order are shipped.

                                    Dear Consumer Complaint Team, Yesterday i.e[protected] order a MI power bank Rs.1099/- did the net transfer through ANDHRA BANK amount been debited from my account next second i got a message sated "OOPS YOUR TRANSACTION IN WHAAKY.COM HAS FAILED. WE WILL CALL YOU SHORTLY TO PROVIDE YOU ASSISTANCE WITH COD OPTION". till now no call. Why they said COD option because they delivery charge Rs. 150/- wanted. After waiting till this duration when I track my status they have not updated any.There is no information following the same.
