I contacted just dial for assistance in russian visa, and whitepearl immediately called me for the same. what followed there-after are two weeks of horror and utter dismay to anyone’s emotions and dignity.
Whitepearl (deepak patel) send a doc pick up guy to pick up the necessary docs and the payment on 13th september 2016 and promised me the visa would be done in 5 working days  (20th september 2016)

After the passport left my hand and the payment reached his hand, he has been unavailable 24x7. i used to call him 20 times in a span of 10 mins every three hours with no response. you dare call his colleague mr. jd, he would give you an earful for calling him for no reason.

After following up in a similar manner with countless calls and innumerable messages, he finally replied to me on a message after 10 days saying the doc boy is coming to my office to give my passport back.
I received my passport with the original documents, all in place, after 10 days of giving him.

A side note: russian visa takes literally 10 minutes to apply and the passport is back in your hand in 5 working days. mr. deepak was a just an imbecil who wanted to throw his weight around, just cause he had my passport.

After innumerable warnings regarding my money over messages, cause deepak wont pick-up my calls, he finally returned the same on 27th september 2016.

I swear i am never going to work with another travel agent in my life. if you have had the patience to read this review, i am sure you would have the patience to apply your own visa.
