I bought a down jacket at bangalore, it was extremely bad quality and very bad exprience of my life. From the beginning, the wings started come out from the jacket, rather that the thread also began to fall/come out.
Just now i sent a mail to customer care hope they will respond my concern

Feeling very sad about the product i bought, this is what i didnt espect from the brand like wildcraft.

I m a student saved the money and bought this feeling very sad please help me on this just two days back i bought this.
