[Resolved] Wildcraft India — wild craft bangalore stores are not accepting the bag for free service because of no store stamp on warranty card | |||||
I purchased a wildcraft gangotri 65 rucksack from paytm online which is sold by wildcraft, bangalore karnataka seller. When i visited vr mall bangalore for servicing the bag. They are not accepting it for a free service stating we won’t provide free service to the products bought online and there is no store stamp on the card. Need a solution for this.. Verified Support Nov 27, 2017 Wildcraft India Customer Care's response And, Customer can visit any of our authorized service center along with the purchase proof and submit the Bag for repair.
