    Wipro PF Emails and Alumni Portal My Helpline issue

    I tried sending emails to PF Emails IDs but no response till time

    I also tried to raise request from Wipro Alumni portal, but getting error if tried from My HelpLine in Alumni Portal.

          Wipro 10A smart plug

          Address: 196 8th A Main NTI Layout Vidyaranyapura

          Purchased wipro 10A smart plug april 2023. Started using it a week ago. Switching ON/OF[censored]sing alexa / google was working. But when ON the plug randomly switches ON and OFF by itself without any intervention !! This happened several times. Suspect it is faulty. I believe it is still under warranty. Require a replacement urgently....

                I have left wipro(on July 20th 2021). And I am a wista student. So my current organization requested me to submit service certificate from 2015 to 2019 with my old employee id 323673.(I am employee from 2019 to 2021).
                My employee id is 20129404.
                Can you please provide the service certificate as soon as possible.

                    Completed my velocity training program on 11 AUG 2022.                       Am associated with Wipro in the past, and due to unforeseen circumstances i had to abscond, and at a later point i received communication from Wipro to settle the things by paying an amount of 9305 post which Wipro can release my clearance letters. However, unfortunately i could pay that amount and settle at that point, but today i humbly come back to settle the same and restart my career by clearing all the negative records. I responded to that email but there is no response. I tried communication with recovery.[protected]@wipro.com (recovery.[protected]@wipro.com but no response. I understand they are not the correct target personnel to settle, hence am requesting Wipro to help me with the right team to connect to settle this thing.

                        Despite my repeated attempts and even after mailing you. I am unable to upload my documents on my portal.
                        I am unable to upload my documents on my portal, I have all my documents some of which have been uploaded and some are still pending.So that my onboarding process can move forward.

                        It has been a long time, My profile is not edit, I want to add my document in the portal but always shows a message that
                        (Your profile is submitted you can't edit it) if you not providing me the access of my document how can I add my document .

                          Didn't get call for HR round yet

                          I gave 2 rounds of technical interview for Linux admin role in Wipro.
                          After technical round (completed on 5th oct 2023) HR confirmed that I got selected in technical round and she will call further for HR round.
                          But it's 2 week now, I didn't get any call from them and any email communication they have not sent. I tried to call HR but she is not receiving my call also they are not replying in email.br...

                          I hadn't obtained my marks card earlier and hence didn't not upload it. I was asked to provide a clarification for the same. Now I have recieved my marks card and would like to upload the same for background verification.
                          However, when I try the wipro embark portal says my profile has already been submitted and I cannot modify any details.
                          I reported the same to manager.[protected]@wipro.com many times but haven't received any response.

                            I'm selected in Wipro Company through Glassdoor jobs and I've given two rounds of selection first one is logical reasoning exam and second one is telephonic interview and then after they selected me and offered me a job position which is Part TIme WFH and then I accepted their offer but they requested some security amount for verification and I've paid some amount which is 6, 500 + 1, 850 Rs. and they're still requesting 15, 000 Rs. for offer...
