My father is a Post Covid patient just discharged before 5 days. He facing severe headache and nose bleeding, We took online consultation with doctor as told during discharge paid the fees 800/-.
But no call from doctor all day this is rediculous.
His age is 61, where to roam in this situation as h was admitted to Wockhardt hospital, Nagpur for 10days we prefer that doctor for any problem after discharge.
But no follow up from hospital, very unsupportive service from wockhardt.
Saddened and regretting my decision going to Wockhardt.

I got a call from Swapanali Joshi but treated me like I am done the mistake of submitting my complaint.
Also, disconnected the phone without telling any further information or action.
I am really fed up with the compliant resolving mechanism & losing faith in you people.
I need some senior person who can resolve the issue & have some decency because I forced by you people put submit PIL against your hospital
I have several proof of non-compliance Fire Fitting & other MEP services of your hospital which need to put in front of Goverenment

Forcefully treating the patients for several unnecessary treatments by Dr. Sudharshana Patil & DR. Gorakh Name of ICU (In MID night forcefully tried to give plasma after several STOP by patient Mr Vijay Wagh M- [protected]) All proof is avilable
Only bed is provided & without Dr visit fees is charged.
Also after several forceful treatments showing fear to relatives & demanding money
I am filling the official complaint against Hospital & Dr. Sudharshana Patil as well as Dr. Gorakh

My mother mrs aruna purohit is admitted in hospital. She is complainanng about.3 days for headeackh & she is crying.

We complain many time but nobody is responding.

Vary pathetic & shameful treatment to all patenients.

I had a cashless surgery and had deposited the amount and now I'm still waiting for someone to contact me for refund.. I have tried calling but cashless department are so lazy or what I don't know - no one answers the call regardless of repeated call made.. if I contact Normal customer care then they say to call them again or I'm transferring and no one answers the call still. What kind of service is this . I love the stay at hospital because all nurse taking care of me were all too understanding and kind but this is not acceptable..

Thouhbyou have good Dr. In penal but after appointment we have to wait indefinite time which is bad for patients request to improve this system

First of all I had to deposit money even after having cashless card that is pathetic and what is worse that i have not yet received my refund

Hello, I Hema Thosar, my father Santosh S.Thosar admitted Wockheart Hospital Nagpur, in Covid ward no 301, on date 11/12/2020. Sister Pranali on duty in that ward no 301 and she is behaving very very bad with Patients very rude behavior, and unnecessarily shouting on Patients. My father is covid positive and high blood pressure patient 63years old and that nurse behavior with him very bad. It's not acceptable from your Hospital please do something as soon as possible because my patient is afraid of your nurse's behavior he is continuously cryingAnd speaking, get me out of the way. Its my request please do something as soon as possible.

My father admitted 28 th oct 2020 for breathing issue in this no class hospital they shifted him to covid ward directly after they done covid test..
Unfortunately result was pos as per hospital don't know its real or fake report.
Patil is very irrisponsible and not giving any feedback of pt to us..saying don't interfere with her fake work
She is checking pt from 10 ft distance God knows how she knows the pt conditon from this dist..
My father saying about stomach pain continue bt she taken casual and said we give dischsrge to ur pt while my dad health is not improving...
And she murdered my dad on 11 th nov 2020
Plzzz don't go to this hospital for any treatment...

I'm dr. Bharat hari gare a covid patient (Bed no. 209) admitted in your hospital at nashik. Shifted from icu to special ward. From 5 days i constantly complaining about air conditioner and fan, both are not working properly rather both are switched off, single personfrom your maintenance staff is not come yet to see that fault. Very poor service is given by your people. We are paying lot of money for our health. So if possible kindly look to covid patients. Very disappointed

During treatment of my mother in law in Wockhardt Hospitals, Nashik, hospital has taken amount 40K for high value injections which were not utilised during the treatment . As patient's condition was very serious, I paid that amount immediately .

Now hospital is refusing to refund that amount .
I have been contacting hospital from last 2 months but not getting proper response .

Also before starting the treatment hospital has taken separate amount for Covid test which was 6500 including PPE kit . Later on I came to know that bill also contains entry for covid test . Here they are cheating me by taking amount twice .

I want my amount to be refunded by hospital 40K + covid test amount .

My Name is Khansa Khan, 21 yr old Female and Lodging this complain as I have treated like animals and event charged bill from me 45 k fir only keeping me 1 day in a Sap-rate Room and taking too much test which wasn’t concern from my Health.

They even Suspected me as Covid 19 Patient and they have taken 4500rs for the test of C19 but they didn’t done and Added the money on their bill amount.

Even the ppl Harassed me over the night. I wanted to know from them that if I have been suspected for C19 then why they didn’t take the test after taking money of 4500 from me.

And Later on I have shifted to some other Hospital and Treated well now I am happy to sharing they I am very well and Even sone test of C19 which comes Negative.

I want Strict Action Against this Hosital (Wockhardt Mira Road )

I parked my bike in your parking area as security guard directed me where to park. At the time when i want to collect my bike the biometric van may be it was, the parked his vehicle (May be he sounded his name like abhijeet or ajit bhandal) just behind my bike. I requested him a lot to please remove your van, as my aunt mate with an accident near apollo hospital, so i was in hurry so requested him a lot. But he still rudely responded and said do whatever you can my name is as bhandal (Mentioned above), i am not going to remove my van. Go and tell anyone that i refused for this.

This is so rude and not tolerable thing. It decreases your company name in market. Please make sure that this guy must suffer from his behaviour. Or else i have to take some action against this.

Really disappointed with the kind of service wockhardt hospital is giving to their patients they have just forgotten that they have to give treatment to the patients also. My 1 year 09 months daughter (Aliza shahbaz) admitted in hospital since last 60 days. She is in picu fighting with her life and currently undergoing treatment at wockhard hospital in mira road.

It’s very difficult for me to explain what my little daughter aliza going through; i never imagine that she would have to go through so much suffering. Today is the 60th day she is still unresponsive and in coma. We are praying that she come out with all obstacles and enjoy her life again.
The total medical cost has gone very high (Rs 16.26 lacs) where i have already paid by somehow rs 14.25 lacs (Approx 90%) and the outstanding to pay is only approx rs 2 lacs which i told hospital this amount also will be paid at the earliest.

Tomorrow dated 15.10.2019 doctor has plan for surgery (Putting food peg tube insertion) at 10:00 am and it has been ask to get clearance for the same from billing department. I went to billing department and taken the estimate of the above surgery which cost to approx rs 60, 000/- i was ask to pay outstanding balance of 02 lacs + 80% of surgery amount. I requested billing department let me pay the surgery amount of 60, 000/- so the surgery can take place and simultaneously i will pay the outstanding but it was instructed by madam minal (Billing head) to billing department unless the customer not pay the above said amount the clearance will not be given for surgery. I requested several times but they are not at all bothering. The surgery will take place only if i pay this amount. We requested lots to hospital billing department but vain. I have already paid approx 90% amount to hospital now where is the question arises that if a parents paid such huge amount, will not pay to hospital the balance small outstanding.

The small baby who is only 21 month old struggling for life in picu, the hospital management is not at all cooperative which force me to complain against their rudeness.in view of the above we request you to look in to this series and take necessary action against the management so it cannot be happened in future with any one also.

Awaiting for your help us in this regards. Please help us so the surgery can take place on time as schedule by doctor.

Really disappointed with the kind of service wocardhardt hospital is giving to their patients. Yesterday i visited to the hospital for treatment to my mother who is suffering from severe left foot pain. We were suggested to meet orthopedic dr. Sourabh shirguppe at 12:30pm. After meeting dr. Sourabh shirguppe he advised for ct scan. Almost 2 hrs taken for getting the ct scan report. After that when we reached the dr at 2:30pm for show the report but dr was not there in his cabin. After enquiry we came to know that dr was on lunch and he will come after 15min. We wait at the reception and after 1:00hr we asked to hospital staff to call and get confirmation whether dr sourabh shirguppe will come or not and i myself searched his number from google and tried at least 10-12 times to call him but he didn't received staff call nor mine. After 04:30pm finally doctor came and when we entered his cabin to show reports. And in calm way i told him that we are waiting from last more than 2 hours and my mother is having severe pain also but dr did not listen what we are telling he started shouting on me & my mother and he told us that he was waiting for us upto 03:00pm. When i told him to confirm or cross check from there staff but he is not ready to talk to his staff i also told him to see the cctv footage also that from how long we are waiting but he didn't listen us. Finally he told my mother that he will not provide any treatment to her and asked us to go. This is how irresponsible, hopeless doctors are working at wocardhardt hospital. They are just playing with the feelings and emotions of people's. Because of such few bad doctor wocardhardt hospital is loosing his brand name. Request to the management of wocardhardt to take serious action against dr. Sourabh shirguppe and remove it from the hospital.in my life i will never go to wocardhardt hospital nor suggest anyone.

Wockhardt hospital mumbai central is just like a 5 star hotel. They have just forgotten that they have to give treatment to the patients also. They are so careless and useless when it comes to treating the patients. They just think it is not their job. The fees out there will give you goose bumps and in return they wont even treat the patient. Entire staff over there is thief. They have all ganged up and are looting people who have come there for treatment. Also their treatment is very very very very very very poor. There is one stupid doctor treating all the patients even if you go there for delivery of a pregnant lady or cancer treatment, that one idiotic spine-less doctor thinks that he will do it call. He himself is sick and not able to treat his body.

They just leave the patient to die, and they have their own fundas to bring the patient till that stage. If you really care about your loved once and if they are facing a heath problem my request is to not at all take them to wockhart hospital. A government hospital will be better or even a small clinic's doctor will be good. But worckhard will just be a place where you will lose your loved one and your hard earn money.

Wockhardt hospital mumbai central is a collection of all stupid and manner less staff of doctors and administration. There is only one foolish doctor who looks after all the patients. Also this idion doctor is a fraud and only knows how to make money he visits only for 2 mins in day to patient and charges 3, 000 for that.
They are only concentrated on h ow to make money and frustrate the patient and relatives, the security staff has no sense tp talk to the visitors. Also they are unable to keep the hospital premises clean. They make u sick or stop your treatment purposely just to make money out of you. The doctors out here have probably purchased their degree, even after treatment of 20 days they were unable to detect the problem. And kept saying 'we dont knoe na'. Wockhardt hospital is just a place where all foolish doctors and nurses work. The nurses over there are also dumb.
