[Resolved]  Wonderchef Home Appliances — Immersion Blender Customer service centre fraud

Paid for a Wonderchef Immersion Blender (MRP 2000) which packed in when in warrranty. The company said they would replace the product and asked me to choose a replacement product online which was not happening. I choose the Regalia Coffee maker which was priced at 2669.The customer rep Mr Shershah sent me the account details to pay the balance 669 amount on the 8th September, 2021 which i did the same day. I asked him to confirm the payment but he said he will check and revert. I called the next day again and he confirmed they received the payment. When I asked him for a tracking document he sends this number to me on the 16th Sept No:[protected] i asked for the courier link no response. He just said Maam the product has been dispatched you will receive in a few days. When i called after a few days and inquired that i have no tracking number or product delivered - he said the product did not get dispatched - there was some system error. And promised to send it - when i asked for the dispatch details he said he would call back and give me the details as it was taking time on the system. I called back again today and he finally said they have sent the parcel with Pickrr.com and the tracking id is[protected]. When i logged in on Pickrr - there is no tracking id showing.

The company has given me the coffee blender and since they cannot give me a new warranty, they have extended the warranty to the new product from the date I complained about the immersion blender i.e. June 2021. I trust the product is good so wont give me trouble. The coffee maker seems to be a good product, so I am glad. Thank you Consumer Complaints for helping me get a resolution.

The Customer service has sent me a message today - giving me a new tracking number and said my product will be delivered soon. I have checked the tracking now and they have sent the product with the delivery on the 4th after your prompt action. I will update again once the product is delivered.

Dear Wonderchef and Consumer complaints. I received the parcel with my replacement product - the Regalia coffee maker instead of the hand blender. I received the product but the package did not have any warranty card or any instruction manual. When I spoke to Mr Shershah he said my first purchase warranty card is valid against this coffee maker. Please enlighten me. I bought the blender in March 2021 and I have got this product 7 months later, so the warranty is for a shorter period. Please advise me.

Dear Consumer Complaints. I received another coffee maker today with all the documents. Thank you. I have notified the sales persons from Wonderchef, Mr Kundan about the duplication and he said they will arrange for the extra one to be picked up and my warranty card to be signed. Dear Consumer Complaints. The service man Mr Shershah just phoned me and said that they will take both products back and refund my money because they cannot give me the new warranty card that came today. He is insisting that the warranty that I got on the Immersion blender in March is now transferred to the new coffee brewer that i received on Saturday. And is insisting that they want to refund my money and take back my product! Is this an acceptable practice. I was honest to tell them I received the brewmaker twice and to please take one back as thy sent it by mistake.

Can someone tell me If this is right? If Wonderchef company could not repair my immersion blender. They offered me a replacement product for the same price i.e. (Rs 2000). Since the price of the regalia brew coffee maker on the website is 2699 -

I paid the 699 diffference and technically I have paid the whole price - the 2000 transfered from the old product plus the difference paid. If that is the case, how come my warrranty is based on the old product? if i purchase a new product shouldn't the warranty be also based on the new product and when i purchased it??? WONDERCHEF Company apparently has told me that my warranty is valid based on the old product purchased in March - and since the product complaint was registered with their company in June -July, my warranty will begin in June-July! Someone please tell me if this is correct and acceptable???
