I went to the world of titan showroom to change the battery of my tommy hilfiger watch, while sealing the back of the watch the employee broke the magnifying glass. They said that they would take responsibility and ordered the magnifying glass with my name it was on 7.02.2016
It been 4 months still no reply from them, whenever i approach them they say some reason to avoid me, i have the bill of the changed battery and written proof of the statement that they are held responsible for the magnifying glass.
