          Hi,
          I purchased the Central Locking and Security System by Xenos on 25/06/2018 from a car accessories dealer in Narela(delhi). I've an authentic bill of purchase and a valid warranty card.
          The product is already giving me problems and its just been one and half years since I purchased. I'm unable to lock and unlock my car through the central locking system and I've to do it manually.
          Please help me get my product fixed/replaced. My product is under warranty as the company offers a 3 years warranty period.

              My car central locking remote is not working. Probably the battery may exhausted. All the screws are not opening due to rust. I want to change the remote. The locking part is absolutely ok. Initially remote was working partially but presently it is not at all working. Please advice me the process and cost.

                I have a perches xenos central locking system in my new alto k10 car since 20 month ago. After some days he was problem in open to deliver sibe door open. When i opened the door he is not fully open. So please any help you..??

I tried to change the cell many times but still it's not working. Intially it's working fine but since 3 months it's not working.                               Sir, i brought your car central locking system from narnaul, haryana. Now it's not working. Please help to resolve this issue.
                              I brought this system in feb 2019 and i got 2 years warranty card with this system.in starting, its work properly, but now i faced many issues with this system like while i locked my car, siren starts after few seconds and continuely ring u till i unlock my car. Now its completely stop working.

                              I bought a xenos car centre locking for my car on feb 2019. Initially the xenos product working was good but the course of time it is not working properly. This xenos product also defused my manual car locking system. Now, both xenos car centre locking and car manual locking system are collapse. Please help to repair/return my xenos car centre locking system as the product is under warranty period.

                              I have installed the Xenos centre locking system in my car but the system is not working now and the car gets unlocked by itself every 5-6 minutes.

Meri car automatic unlook hoti h m jaipur city m rheta hu or aap ke service person ko 3 se 4 br complan ki wo aata h kuch wire dekhta h or kheta h ab problem ni aayegi or br br ye problem aati h. Aap btao agr meri car chori ho jati h to complan kis ke khilaf likhwani chaiye aap logo ke khilaf ya aapke service provider ke khilaf. Sir agr meri problem ko serious ni liya gya to m consumer court chala jauga aap logo ki complan le kr.

                                  I purchsed this xenos car center locking kit from market for my new wagonr with three years of warranty
                                  Near about before twelve days and now alarm of this kit is not working in open and lock the door. Its not working in reverse also. I read the customer care number behind the warranty card and i find that customer care number is switched off. It means no way to reach with the company then i found a way in google and submitting my complaint. Please resolve this problem as early as you can.
