I have bought the xenos bike security in july-august 2021.but after installing 1 of the remote is not functioning although light bliking at remote after pressing the buttons.information provided to the shop owner but he refused immediately. Kindly provide the replacement or do the needful....

My car centre locking kit couldn’t work there is only 1 year old and company provide us 3 year warranty. I call customer help line no. Of xenos company but my call couldn’t connect I tried many time but couldn’t connect . Plzz resolve my problem

I am very disappointed with the service supported by xenos central locking system. From last 2 years i have visited the technician more than 7 to 8 times, that gives very bad sign of the product. Every time technicial tells sir next time you willl not get the issue, but same is occuring every time....

Hi I had purchased central locking from M K automobile Lalbagh Lucknow 2 years back after that I had faced problem with central locking every 15 days technician checked every time and said now it will be fine but last month they charged me 1000 and changed point and now again they want 1000 to change again or they are saying to replace with another company central locking as xenos is not a good product as this will happen I will tell everyone...

Kit is working but sound is low & not blinking indicator lights...
