Xeryus Retail Private Limited — fraud and cheating online company | |||||
I have placed an order on 15th october 2017 with ref no. 6780223 on www.armaf.in, payment was done successfully to xeryus retail pvt ltd and www.unboxed.in and i haven't received any confirmation on that and i called up unboxed.in customer service they said will be shipping it and just shipped half the order and wrote a note in that shipped box on a piece of paper that the el ceilo perfume would be shipped in a week. Since then time has passed i am trying to reach them on the status. No replies not attending any calls no information on anything. Total fraud company. I suggest to keep away from these fraud online shopping websites. List of online fraud websites on perfumes or fragrance's www.armaf.in www.xeryus.in www.unboxed.in www.perfumery.co.in Projekt perfumery Xeryus retail private limited. Same here, placed an order, no update, their pH no is always switched off. Mails were not responded. Beware of armaf.in. Absolutely fake and fraud.

Hi Guys,
I am sorry for the last reply . They are not cheating or fraud .its just that they dont update the status on their site properly. I have got my shipment details and hope of geting my product soon .
They are good to go Guys you can try them,
Improvements they can do
they need to have their phone number updated
and they need to update status via email and sms on regular basis
and need to be more interactive .

I was purchase perfume from this site on 23 June 2018 up to now their is update, when i am checking in the website showing your order is processing. do not go for this site i think it is fake

Saurabh_nayak...it seems that after sending you perfume they have requested you to give positive commnt. Guys please dont order perfume from here.these are your hard earned money.better pay extra and purchase from store. No need to pay for expired product. We attracted towards these adds like i always get attracted but we are really not aware that they are making money just by foolong us
I ordered perfume on unboxed.in on 6th october.payment done online but till date they have not delivered my perfume.now m asking for refund so tbey have ztopped taking my calls. Saurabh khatri is running fake co with faje duplicate products..we are actually fools that we get attracted towards cheap perfume but it is actually a copy or expired one.pls dont waste ypur money here
It's is surely a fake venture . I ordered 2 perfumes from 2 different websites on 14 /3/2021 And I received one of my package on 22/3/2021 .But till date I have no clue about the delivery from this group.. nor do they respond through their contact info

After we spoke on 22nd November and you asked for Refund, That was Submitted Immediately.
and Same has credited your account on 24th.
If there were any intention of fraud, we wouldnt even have delivered Single Product .
Out of 2 products ordered, 1st was delivered within 48 Hours.
Sadly there was delay in 2nd one which was refunded as per your request.
