Xiaomi India — Complaint against MI Service Center and Waiting for Update on my damaged MI4I device | |||
Hello, My name is koushik from hyderabad. I am a xiomi family since 2015. I am using mi4i device and it has front camera issue and charging issue. I went to mi service center which was in himayat nagar, hyderabad. I told the device issues very clearly and representatives checked my mobile for a while and told that it will took some time and they thoroughly checked and took my mobile for service and they gave a receipt that for the two reasons we have took the mobile. A day later they called me and intimated that your device has a physical damage, your screen was broken. * my device has no physical damage while i am using and while they took. They already checked my mobile and took for service. I raised a complaint against this issue by calling tll free number. They took complaint and gave me a reference number : 1850421 *this was all happen a month ago. Couple of days back one of your representative "nithin" called me an intimated that your device has been repaired you can go and collect at service center. I went to service center and i was shocked. They didn't even touched my mobile and it was not repaired. They are asking me to take approval from xiaomi, how can i take a approval, thats their problem they damaged my mobile and they have to take approvals and all. I dont even get a call from a month. There is no update nothing from your end too. What should i have to think. And the worst customer care center i have seen is xiaomi service center in himayatnagar. The executives dont even know how to behave with customers. The executives dont even know how to sit infront of a customer. They are showing attitude infront of me and they are arguing. I have used nokia, motorolla, samsung i have visited micromax customer care also they were very polite with customers, their response was awesome but i didnt expected how xiaomi service center hire suck type of executives, i have seen such type of technicians in abids china mobile repair centers. I dont know what type of action you will take, i have proofs i have captured the images there. We are valuable customers to you!! please give respect and take respect from our end also. And atlast now!! i need my mobile at any cost, you people took many days not days it was a month to repair my mobile, i am ready to challange for anything, i will wait until i got a positive feedback, further i will go to consumer court and i will file a case and also i will go legally.
