Xiaomi India — I am complaint against warranty

Dear team,
I have brought xioami mi 4 16 gb (White) from paytm on[protected].
But after 2 month due to some problem the mobile phone didn't start..
I gave that to service centre on[protected] but still not receive..
Even they are not sure when will the problem get solved..
And even they are not responding to my mail.
Can you please help me regarding this..
