Xiaomi India — Worst service center - tvse begumpet hyderabad

Dear sir,
I purchased mi note 3 on 25 may 2016 through amazon. On 02 mar 17 onwards my mobile indicator showing charging but even after putting full night on charging actually it's not charged even a single percent. I keep trying to charge suddenly in between 2 time it's charged upto 60% and then stop there only but indicator still showing charging even after changing the charger. When i contact to mi customer care in [protected] on 04 mar 17, he suggest me few things to check like battery health & battery life. When i checked these things it's shows good and 33 deg which was good as per customer care so he suggest me to visit nearby service center as the problem persist with hardware. So on 04 mar 17, i visited tvse begumpet hyderabad (Opp pace hospital) around 1300 hrs. When i projected my issue with that lady she told me that will format the phone, i suggested her to check hardware instead of formatting the phone as am not facing any issue with software moreover as per telephonic conversation with customer care, problem is there with hardware only. But she said first will format the phone if problem remain same then will check hardware. Around 1600 hrs i received my ph back, when i checked it with supply it's showing charging from 20 to 22% so i came back to my house. As per service record, there is problem with sub board problem and repair method used 102pcb, 601. But problem remain same when i checked it after returning to my home even after changing the hardware and formatting the phone. Moreover my power button is not working smoothly so when i checked it i found a small gap between both the covers, while pressing the covers, power button work perfectly but as soon as i left the covers, gap remain same and power button again not working properly which clearly indicate that in above services center, mi engineers are not well qualified they don't know how to identify and repair the phone. Now also am using the same phone with the direct supply. It work perfectly in direct supply, battery indicator still showing charging but percentage remain same which clearly indicates that there is some issue with mobile charging point to battery as it's working perfectly with direct current and showing charging but actually it's not charged even after putting 5 hrs on direct supply. I don't understand why mi engineer not able to identify which i clearly understood that it's bypass the battery.
On 05 mar 2017, i already registered the complaint to customer care executive mr gagan regarding the same issue and he gave me docket no[protected].
I stay and purchased this mobile from amazon in bangalore but right now i am in hyderabad till 06 mar 17 and on 06 mar 17, i have to go back to bangalore after completion of my official work so not able to visit the same service center as i don't have time to visit on 06 mar 17 and on 05 mar 17 it's closed due to sunday.

Dear Sir,
With reference to my previous mail and case id[protected], On 04 Mar 17 i got a call from Mr Punit regarding the same issue and he suggest me to visit the nearby service center so that service center also give their opinion regarding the case so on 11 Mar 17 i visited Mi indranagar bangalore service center regarding the same issue. Miss Ranjeeta (Service center engineer) told me that the part which was changed by Begumpet Hyderabad service center is not the correct one and thats why charging problem remain persist. She also told me that Begumpet service center not done the servicing in correct manner thats why mobile display bent slightly and there is no warranty sticker available inside the mobile so i have to Pay Rs 3200 (Approx) for repairing it again. Immediately i contacted to your customer care executive for further conversation with Mr punit but as punit was not available there so Neetu Verma Mam contacted me through telephone. She also spoke with Miss Ranjeeta regarding the same issue but as she was not able to handle the situation so she transferred the call to his senior supervisor Mr. IFTEKHAR. Mr Iftekhar also spoked to miss ranjeeta regarding the whole issue and after that he told me that problem is there from the side of begumpet service center so will raise the matter through proper channel and it will take few time, as warranty sticker is not available so its not possible for service center to accept the phone as per the policy and moreover today is saturday so will process it on monday only.
On 14 Mar 17, when i contact to customer care executive around 1100 Hrs he told me that we already sent the mail and awaiting for their reply. After that i said i want to talk with Mr punit so he said as punit is from different department so he will call u back within 24 Hrs as mail already sent to him. More than 28 hrs lost but till now didn't get any call from Mr punit even after giving next remainder to his team leader Mr Guru on 15 Mar 17. Which is clearly indicate that wat type of service Mi provides to their customer once you are not able arrange the call back from yours employee even after repetitive request then forget about the mobile repair and all.
The way MI sell their product in india is amazing and quality is also gud thats why MI got such type of huge response but the service center, customer care is really horrible if you guys not able to wake now then don't forget that everything is possible in india and the biggest example is NOKIA.
