[Resolved] Y-Axis — harassing, insulting and holding my month salary and closing the means of communication | |
If this is the kind of response given by the hr and the company now after many complaints from the existing employees they are installing cctv camera's in the office of koramangala. I don't have anything further to add everything has been mentioned in details in my previous complaints. I want my 1 month salary and commission. 1st i have to bear the harassment from this pathetic company and now they dont want to give my salary. I am not sure if this forum is of any help to me i have been just putting complaints but the only response from the hr is it false and they have addressed all my concerns. If this forum is of no help let me know where i should put my complaints. This company is a cheat they give salary on 4th of the month and hold of everyone salary like this. Please do an audit in this company. 1 person had raised harassment issue with the hr. Hr has told the person to delete all the mail. Tell me what is going on. Is this forum of any help. I thought the forum will help to and take some action against this Y-Axis company were the seniors are harassing women and when someone raises the voice they term it false and stop there pay.
Indirectly they terminate employees and hold up there 1 month salary and the business given to the company.
