[Resolved]  Y-Axis Overseas Careers — Application to get refund AED 5500 which is equivalent INR 110000

I recently intended to start the PR visa process for Canada and I paid them a total of AED 157 which is equivalent to INR 3300 first of all, they did my Technical Assessment by choosing an ineligible NOC code, and I got a Technical Assessment eligible report after three days however they got positive I do not know, but while keeping in my this scenario that TA is eligible I paid them total AED 5500 which is equivalent to INR 110000 which is huge money for me as I know how I adjusted. I signed the contract unluckily/unfortunately with Daryll Jude Pink (daryll.[protected]@y-axis.com) Phone: +[protected]. I did my own research and found I was not eligible to apply under those codes and after considering many aspects I informed Daryll Jude Pink for postponed the further process and I requested much time to get payment refund but he denied my request again and again.

In this situation, It is my right to get a refund and they must refund my money as I still have not initiated the further process, I only signed a contract letter.

The journey was very frustrating because I know I adjusted money and paid them, but they can not understand the candidate's situation even if the candidate trusts them and makes payment.

I hate this Y-AXIS Overseas Overseas Career / Immigration Consultant because everyone is there to make people foolish and loot money.
