[Resolved]  Y-Axis Overseas Careers — Application to get refund - [protected]@gmail.com - CS[protected] INVOICE - SOLUTION - 81829

I am Lakshmi Sai Sindhu Musunuri, I’ve thought of moving to Australia and started the PR visa process with Y-axis. I paid them a total INR 127440. First they asked to pay INR 2000 to get the technical evaluation done. I’ve paid the amount and got my technical evaluation done.

After that they have sent me the Technical Assessment eligible report within 2 days it got positive. Hence they asked me to pay the total amount of 127440 to start my process. I’ve paid the amount on 03/09/2022. After payment done, they did not respond properly.
pavankumar.[protected]@yaxis.com has mentioned before making the payment, if you change your mind before signing on the agreement you can get the full refund.

After I’ve made payment due to some family issues I had to drop off my plan and I haven’t signed on the agreement and requested for refund.

It’s been 3 months but no response from pavankumar.[protected]@yaxis.com and Bijal.[protected]@yaxis.com

I’m requesting them to give me a call, initially they called and said their TL is on leave and now they’re not even calling me and not initiated my refund even after 3 months.

In this situation, I’m not sure whom to reach out and very much frustrated as I adjusted money and paid them, but they can not understand my situation.

At least I’m expecting my refund after bringing into the notice here.
