[Resolved]  Y-Axis Overseas Careers — cheated by y-axis and still waiting for a resolution

I had in the past also escalated this issue to mr. Xavier augustin and to y-axis customer care but did not receive any response. So, finally i saw this forum today to give my complaint here. Please first reply on my email address given on the receipt attached with this email so that i can give you my new contact number for further discussion if required by your team.

This all started with an unsolicited email that i received from y-axis in the year 2011. So, i visited delhi office of y-axis on[protected] and the agent there informed me incorrectly and exaggerated about the services and provided false hopes. I was told that if i take dubai job search sas then y-axis will market my resume daily for 4 weeks and y-axis will contact the employers on my behalf to get me a job in the big companies in dubai. Also, the agent hid the fact that y-axis only accepts candidates for this service who have at-least 4 years of work experience whereas at that time i had only 1 year of work experience. At every stage i was misguided so that i shall register for the services.

So, i paid rs.12, 500 for the service but gradually i got to know that i was misguided and given wrong information. When i asked them in detail i got to know that they only sent my resume twice in two weeks and only to few employers in dubai. Even after sending email to the concerned person for not providing the services as promised nothing was done and no reply was provided. Finally i was highly disappointed and felt bad that i paid money for this level of services. So, i sent emails at every level at that time but i received no response.

That incident is still in my mind as i was cheated and my hard earned money was taken from me for zero level of services at y-axis. With the attitude of y-axis at that time i got frustrated and disheartened and i for once even considered going to the consumer court but due to my work engagements and family problems i resisted from complicating my life further.

At this point of time i again request you to consider my complaint and put yourself in my shoes, if this has happened to any of you people working at y-axis than how would you have felt about it. I hope a resolution for my case is done in a fair manner and my complete amount is refunded back to me finally. Thank you.
