They never resolved my query despite posting it here in this forum. In fact they were calling me to remove this post only . The amount of money I lost due to B. Chaitanya Kumar at Banjara Hills branch is unacceptable. Experience with Y axis was nothing but mental torture for straight 3-4 months. We filled out forms, we did everything by ourselves. What exactly did they do? Nothing literally nothing . 56, 000 rupees is a huge sum for me . They have no co ordination. And their main fraud system includes sending the agreement after the payment. They are liars and cheaters . They took all our personal documents and did nothing . Hired a new intern for our process and she did blunders . I want my refund.
