[Resolved]  Y-Axis Overseas Careers — law on immigration complaints

A resident of Panchkula was assured by Worldwide Immigration Consultancy Services of getting his immigration on permanent residency (PR) to Canada within a year, but nothing was done. The Panchkula Consumer Forum has penalised the immigration firm of Rs 50, 000 and ordered it to refund Rs 1.74 lakh with $5, 700, which were paid by Gulab Singh (the complainant) during the processing of his immigration file.

Those who are not satisfied with the refund policy of y axis kindly let me know ..they are simply wasting out money and career with their policy ...we have to do something regarding this policies ..so we can save many aspirants ...
