[Resolved] Y-Axis Overseas Careers — poor customer service | |
I have been requesting for a call back from ms. Neelima several times from past 3 weeks to book ielts and get update on express entry process. It took me 15 minutes to reach to customer care yesterday and ms. Banu assured me that i will get a call back within 1 hour which has not happened. This is pathetic customer service from y axis. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with the assigned agent and absolutely no support is provided even after paying a hefty amount. Was this information helpful? | |
