I had enrolled for australian pr way back in jan 2016 from london. It all started with an enquiry based on a spam mail received from one of y axis executive mr. Mohan reddy.in the subsequent days i was bombarded with calls at least once an hour or less, till the time i agreed to sign up for their service.

My bad, i rushed with my decision of taking up their service trusting them when i was told that australia pr rules are due for change from may 2016 which would restrict movement of it professionals. I was left with 3 months to file my application for which i was assured of all assistance. They continuously gave false assurance that highly skilled consultants would be handling my case and each would handle not more than a maximum of 4 files at any given point. On the contrary the consultants i came across were not capable and each had their own version of policies.

A technical evaluation was done by paying 25 gbp. I was asked to make complete payment for the entire service upfront to initiate pr processing. Onetime payment of 1050 gbp (One thousand and fifty gbp) was made in the month of feb 2016. Soon after mr. Mohan who assured of assistance till closure of my case stopped calling. I was even asked to write positive reviews about y-axis in the link provided by them. It left me wondering. How could somebody write a review just at the point of registering for a service? No wonder, if people come across such feedbacks.

Post payment, a consultant was assigned, who kept requesting for same documents sent time and again. The subject knowledge displayed by the consultant during the few telephonic conversation i had was not convincing either. On request, he was replaced but to no good. I found all mail responses to be non interactive rather it was like automated response.

I was not happy with the service. Meanwhile, i had to cope up with some negative life events hence lost track of my pr processing. For almost 3 months there were no calls from y axis what so ever but was sent few follow up mails.in the month of april 17, i had requested that my application be cancelled at the technical evaluation stage itself as i was not happy with the service provided and lost confidence to invest any more.

When i communicated my intention not to pursue with their services, i received an empathetic response from their consultant with a mention that the amount would not be refunded based on their refund policy and i could initiate my processing any time in the future. Another request in august 17 to no avail.

I was taken aback by this response and lost slightest of interest in processing with y axis. Not at any time during initial conversion with mohan or anyone else for that matter explained about their refund policy. Surprising enough, found it as part of terms and conditions in the receipt, meaning customer would get to know about y axis refund policy only after making full payment in the first go. To further cement their claim they get an agreement signed which comes later.

How appropriate is it for a so called professional and transparent company to collect full money for a service prior to initiating the service and also withholding the money citing policies concealed from customers.in this regard i wrote a mail to [protected]@y-axis.com on sep 10 with a week’s time for them to respond, rectify their mistake and arrange for refund of the complete amount (Gbp 1050). I received a call from mr. Uma shankar from new jersey - on sep 8 promising to look into it & update me on sep 11 but still not heard anything from him. More than the monitory part, this entire incident has put me under tremendous mental stress and frustration, i would request your intervention to stop such unethical marketing and facilitate early refund.

Yesterday you have informed me that you would not like to proceed with the process and looking for refund.

Its more than 1 month and yet it is not resolved and pending with Y Axis

From the time complaint was raised in this forum on 23 sep, i was reached over phone and e-mail multiple times initially by Asst Manager -Australia process from Y Axis and later by y axis Client Relationship Department -Head.

Inspite of their best effort to convince me to continue with Y axis, i was not convinced and requested for a complete refund for the reasons mentioned in the complaint. I was initially offered a refund of 35% of the amount paid, subsequently it was increased to 70% and later to 80% as i strongly disagreed and was stay put for a complete refund.

on 21st Oct Client Relationship Department -Head of Y axis agreed to refund 85% of the amount paid . Though i was not happy, agreed to it as this issue was prolonging and wanted to close it . Its more than 8 days since it was agreed yet there is no response nor any intimation on the refund from Y Axis.
