[Resolved]  Y-Axis Overseas Careers — Y-Axis Overseas Careers UK Job Search Service (Unsatisfied and Need a Refund ASAP)

This to bring to your notice that I want to stop the service of the UK skilled worker visa that I opted for on 27th November 2021 and want my refund. I came across multiple negative reviews from the client which opted into this UK skilled service of Y-axis and so am I am experiencing the same output from the service, As from the initial day of preparing a resume till just 2 weeks of marketing service.
From the very first day I was being switched and assigned to different consultants where I was required to tell them my overall professional background repetitively.
Even after droughting down the things to be considered in the CV, I personally edited all the data with relevant Information on 8th Dec 2021.They told me they would need a linked-in account, however I already had my linkedin account but haven't seen them utilizing my linked-in account for a job search. I can find they just emailed HRs and then applied for jobs on Indeed, Reed later rather than applying for jobs on career portals/ company specific portals. Only Mails were sent on 14th Dec, 20th Dec, 18th Jan 2022 and 24th Jan 2022 though no responses were received positive. Overall only 4 days were utilized right from Dec 13, 2021 to 29th Jan 2022.My case was on hold after 1 week of marketing on 27th Dec 2021 after which i tried multiple times dropping mail to them to know the tentative date of resuming service.
First I was told they will start it in mid-Jan, later I followed up on Jan 6th and came to know that it will resume by 12th Jan and then again after following up on 12th Jan I was told resuming at 17th Jan. However I can see mails dropped to agencies on 18th Jan 2022.
I didn't even find any mail traces after the 2nd report which was being sent on 24th Jan 2022, which means there has been no work done since 24th Jan 2022 which is total wastage of my week which I won't be counting.
On a call they even said due to the pandemic it is difficult to get a job opportunity and there seems no hope than if this was the case you should have told us at the time we visited the branch at Andheri west Y-axis. As per Tejal there had been many successful clients for UK skilled service but as per my research the only thing I found was negative reviews and ultimately the reviews are matching what I am currently experiencing.
I am very Unsatisfied with all that happened to me where I was required to run behind them all the time to know the status and update. They don't even remember that we are their client until I used to mailed them. I want you to look after this case and give me my refund. I didn't even use full term service and would not even like to continue.
The technique used to search for a job will never be successful to grant any UK opportunity. Hence I want my refund as soon as possible, You can deduct the SGST and CGST if needed but I want my refund by hook or by crook.

First they bought me settlement at 50% but I stated as i Haven't even used the full time service so i need atleast 70% . As a full And final discussion we reached out to 70% refund. Kalpana Pattyappu is the one who is supporting me throughout the process and I am thankful to her.

This to clarify that y-axis CRO team is under process to refund me 70% of my remitted money . First they bought me settlement at 50% but I stated as i Haven't even used the full time service so i need atleast 70% . As a full And final discussion we reached out to 70% refund. Refund would be done within 7-10 days as stated. Kalpana Pattyappu is the one who is supporting me throughout the process and I am thankful to her.
