[Resolved] Yaantra — when will I get my phone back | |||||
I had placed an order for lenovo z2 plus from yaantra but it was defective so i had given it to yaantra service for for repair. It's been 6 days and i want to know when will i get it back after the problems been solved. I am facing problem without a phone with me so it will be better If the problem gets shorted out quickly. Sep 22, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Replaced and got my phone back Yaantra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 15, 2018 Yaantra Customer Care's response We have repaired the device and dispatched the device thorugh Ecom Express courier. Customer will get the device with 2-3 days.
