[Resolved] Yaantra — when will you replace my phone | |||
I had given my order of lenovo z2 plus from yaantra and it had front camera issue. I had to replace it and so ecom express courier came to me and went taking my phone. It's been 1 week since my phone's gone. Has it reached to you? And if it's reached when will i get it back after being replaced. My complain no is exyc62258 I am very unsatisfied by your customer service as it's last on delivery after delivery the courier company not reach me and now i don't know how much time will go in replacing it. Sep 22, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Phone was taken from my home and replaced Yaantra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 09, 2018 Yaantra Customer Care's response Device is under repairing process and it will be delivered to customer within a week.
