I Nitinkumar from Maharastra booking id YH3118032 booked for europe in less than 1 Lack . actually i came hear for australia trip & diverted for big aportunity of sell. Then i book my trip at delhi base office Mrs.Ridhi chopra as a first care taker from Yatraonline. Then they transfer case to Mr.Gourav who is yatra expert. He send me email (3 diff type packge absulatly diff frm my packege) & i cant sleep that night. after all 10 to 15 emails for paper working. This deparment is phone less work for customer frastration. i bookon 7 jan from that day i realize what is tension & frastration. Then they given handover to pune base uddan agent. they send me 3 to 5 emails reharding my packege but i fail to meet him by their working criteria or anything else. Uddan having some parttime college student to handel the case for Schengen visa. I have better idea for abrod visa by my passed trip to 3 countrys. Lastly i make paper work.that time i realize that it is simple for any tourist company & it is daily work for him. This department is only with phone ( no meetup) at 9 pm & day time phone is unanswered. upto this stage i pay 1.20 k to yatra. By this type of working lead in my schengen rejection visa. I think which is not unexpected to yatra people. because that moment they send me Thiland packege msg on my mobile with out tension & also given advice that do not retry for schengen visa in between 6 month consulate blacklist me. So thiland is better for me. but I write apale to France consulate which is also unanswers yet. I am self emplyer with 10 year IT returned & go for tour purpose with my wife & i have big assestes in india. Then where is actual fault done. My own conclusion is Behind the europe trip their will be some White cooler scam. They given me panelty of 60 k as cancelation but i have not guilty for that. I have guilty for my own credit & frasteration. So i knob the door for NCH- National consumet desk for "consumer right" is my upcoming way. "Why they not handle my case properly" is my tagline for that or "They given me packege for companys any polycies for illigal earning". So God given me power for solve it. i also given challenge to Yatra.com for they wested my 60K & i also capable & wanted to weast 60 K extra for my answers behind it. This writing is not a slip of the pen each and every word is by my own experience in your Yatra And it was a decisive battle for me. Thank you in advance and also waiting your kind reply. also given us 5 customer list from maharastra who have complited trip of Europ by Yatra.
My own conclusion & i reallize by own that the yatra staff beheviour says me " They have guarranty for refuse the customer schengen visa" by their own Cairless & insaen work.
