On 06feb17 I have booked a round trip from lucknow to Kolkata on 13feb17 n 21feb 17 in goair flight through yatra.com. at 1710 hrs. Rs 5443 has been deducted from my account txn no is as follows[protected]. But my ticket has not been booked n neither I received any mail. customer care number are not reachable .kindly do needful.
