You Broadband India — complaint - regarding the sales person who has given wrong information about the router

I have taken a connection at you broadband at vallkkottai location, chennai recently.

The sales person who has contacted me to take the connection has given me wrong information regarding the router details.
He suggested me to buy a router with rs. 950/- from amazon.

Now, based on his advice i have bought a router with the same model. But after taking the connection the speed was not up to the level. The speed was low and now when i asked for the solution with service person they are asking to buy the router for 1999/- provided by you broadband and then only i will be able to get the required speed. This is a cheating business played by the salesperson who was working at the you broadband.

I would have purchased the you broadband router worth rs.1999/- at the beginning itself, but now because of the sales person, i am facing the speed issue with the router he suggested.
