Yu Mobile — Receiving defective mobile handset repeatedly | |||||
I ordered YU Yuphoria handset from www.amazon.in on Tuesday, July 21, 2015. After using the handset for few days i encountered that the mobile phone speaker i not working properly, then i contacted YU customer care service[protected], and they replaced the mobile handset. Then after using the replaced mobile handset for few days i encountered that the front camera is not working properly. I again contacted YU customer care service i told them to provide me good workable handset or a different model of YU mobile handset. But they told me that they are going to replace the mobile handset once again. I don't want to have another defective mobile handset once again. Please take necessary actions. Desirable resolution:- Refund or Workable handset with no defect.
