Yu Mobile — Repaired product not being returned | |||||
I have bought a YU Yureka device from Amazon India on 12 March 2015. The IMEI no of the device was [protected] The display of the device had been broken and I requested their customer service to repair my damaged device on 31 May 2015. After repeated pleas the company collected my device through DTDC couriers on 12 October 2015. The company had not responded to any of my mails or acknowledged the receipt thereafter even though the courier has confirmed the delivery of the device. I request the return of our repaired device.
