Yu Televentures — about misbehaving and rude customer service people | |||
I am dr. Gaurav gupta I have micromax yureka ao5510 with perfectly working mobile except for the battery which doesn't give good backup. My mobile is out of warranty. I went to service centre at Sp - mobile service point[protected] 26/79 karachi khana behind to sagar markate, kanpur, uttar pradesh On 01/09/2017 afternoon around 1:30pm to buy battery. I asked for battery as my battery backup is not good. The customer service person named yogesh taken the mobile n open backcover n looked for the battery n asked his fellow person who said yes battery is available. Yogesh because of mishandling put the backcover upside down mean camera portion in the bottom half and on restart, i think due to both volume keys pressed it opened the recovery mode and when i saw it was showing the erasing option. Quickly i pointed out the mistake and they remove the backcover n battery n restart it again. Now due to this mishandling my phone is not able to start it only shows cyanogen and nothing further it. So i asked them what they have done instead of apologizing they start shouting on me and calling me a liar they are very rude iam a doctor and a very reasonable person but their attitude was was very bad not only they insulted me they gave me mobile back without doing anything. So i went there with a full functioning mobile and came back with non working mobile with all important data lost and lot of insulting behaviour And a battery which i earlier bought for inr 799. Two persons are very rude a girl named neha (Dont know its her actual name because it was the name told by a guy named rahul working at service centre). She is sucha rude soul i cant explain, people like her and yogesh let your company down and bring bad name to the company. I was aloyal customer of yureka as earlier i had micromax a116 but because of this incident i will not buy any product in future from your company and make sure none of my near and dear ones do the same. If you cannot well behave with your customers what's the point of sticking with you. I am highly disappointed in your service providing quality and of you dont put a check on these people's you are surely gonna loose a lot of customers. My phone yu yureka plus is in the service station for 3 months and i just called them they told we dont khow.I am really angry and now have to take some certain steps like posting on facebook etc.
