Yu Televentures — Delay in servicing Yu yureka Plus handset. | |||
Please note i have placed my Yu yureka Plus for installation of OS Job order number S[protected] as it had got corrupted, it was working flawlessly for 8 months and before going on a vacation for 3 weeks i had switched off my mobile, once i returned from my vacation and came back i booted the phone but it was getting stuck in the logo after a while it said low charge charged the phone for 4 hours but same message used a different brand new battery of my friends cell phone but same message which i why i got the phone to your service center. But from 2 weeks whenever i call or come personally to enquire about the status all they say i will get it in the evening but that never evening never comes as they again give some excuse. I have requested them and now again requesting yourselves that its the only phone i have and have purchased a temporary phone as of now but cannot access my mails and other multi media functions so if you can be kind enough to rectify the issue at the earliest then it would be of great help. The Micromax service center manager Joseph Raj is so busy that he doesn't both to reply or attend to his customers and the Micromax executive delegated for that area Yelahanka newtown also doesn't bother. WHY ON EARTH DO YOU DISPLAY A BOARD IN THE FIRST PLACE OF THESE ###### IN FRONT OF THE SERVICE CENTER WHEN THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HANDLING THE CUSTOMERS. My patience level has reached its maximum now as the same issue i had in samsung phone but they took just 4 hours to fix it, but this service center is just delaying and further frustrating its customers, people have already lost faith in the brand yureka and now i know why.
