[Resolved] Yu Televentures — Faulty product | |||||
Hello I had purchased "YU Yunique " product through " Snapdeal". After 2 month the mobile is get switch off automatically even charging 60% are remaining. I had handed over mobile to service centre and they are send that faulty model to company. The mobile is fully in under warranty .as per the rule company is providing phone but not received after 15day, without mobile I did not able to do my work. I had called Yu they are received my mobile at 27/1/2016 and after that they are said that replacement phone is will be send to me vai courier but after completing 15days I had not receive any product from yu. they are westing my time even I had requested them to deliver my phone to me but they always tell that replacement period is 40days.Now a day who is waiting for 40days? even I had did not imagine 1 day without phone. Please take big action on YU mobile and Snapdeal . information are attached to the images please see them. Thank You. I had received call but I am confused that I had provided orogional invoice with mobile and again they are want the invoice again I had sended through the mail but I did not received any final Decision from company. From handover mobile to company there is completed 18 days now. I want my money back with my value of westing days. I will definitely take legal action on both company "YU " and "snapdeal".
