[Resolved] Yu Televentures — Faulty product delivered | |||||
Aditya abhinandan [protected]@gmail.com I submitted my yu yuphoria (yu5010) on 31st aug, 16 in yu service center (jai jagannath mobi care, bhubaneswar ; jobsheet no: e[protected]). The issue being sim 1 was not working and my screen would go unresponsive. The service center guys said it would take 3-4 days to repair, but after 19 days i got the confirmation message of my device been repaired & ready for pickup. Today (19/09/16) i went to the service center and receive my handset with the same screen problem back. They told me that they need another 10 days to sort the matter and asked me to complain in the support center. i called the support center ([protected]) and informed them of my problem. they told me that the job sheet number you are enquiring about has been closed, and you have to ask the service center guys for a new jobsheet. The service center is about 12 km away from my hostel, and moreover the service center doesn't recieves my calls. The company should understand that taking 15-20 days is too much for a mobile repair, and comfirmation msgs shouldnt be given for faulty devices. I am using a rusty old phone since the last 20 days. Moreover, being a student i have to either skip classes or sacrifice my break time for 25 km round trip to the service center which cost me time, money and in return provides only frustraton.
