[Resolved] Yu Televentures — Poor Customer Service From YU | |||||
Dear Sir/madam, My name is INDRAJIT Prasad Gupta and I am from Bagnan, West Bengal. In January I bought my YU YUTOPIA. But at may end my phone’s SIM SLOT became unresponsive. On 2nd of June I gave my phone to the nearest service center. They gave me a Job sheet number. After 25 days they said that the device is not repairable here so they are sending it to the warehouse. That day they gave me another Job sheet Number- E[protected].After so many request call from my side to the customer care they send the phone on 28th of August. When I receive my phone I saw it was completely covered with scratch and was in very bad condition. So I refused to accept. That day they gave another Job Sheet Number- E[protected]. Its been more than 3 months and I still not got my device in desired condition. I hope you can understand my frustration with the poor quality of service from YU. I also learned why companies like SAMSUNG, ONE PLUS, APPLE and L.G are very good in business and why people not prefer YU.
