Hi there,
This is a complaint about mt YU Yureka phone which is not working from last 3-4 months. When I called the customer care 3-4 months ago they mentioned that they will return the handset through a courier. I have waited for one month and then I had to call them to check why didnt I get my new phone and why the old faulty phone was not picked up and then I got to know that I will not be getting my phone delivered but I have to go myself into the Micromax store to submit the phone.(They didnt even inform me anything theirselves). Then I submitted the phone to Micromax service centre after few days and after that also it has been more than 15 days that I haven't heared anything from them and on top of that whenever I call customer care they are disconnecting the call again and again.

Its very very worst customer service.

I was on a call with a call centre representative named mudit and pankaj for 40 minutes and I am very disappointed with the customer service as well because they do not transfer calls to their supervisors even after asking them for 40 mins to do the same.

Its very very worst customer service.
