Yureka Plus — Delayed in service / delivered repaired product. | |||||
As Yureka Plus has no definite time to delivered repaired product to the existing customer. they will assurance 48 hours is needed to solve the customer problem (get repaired product). actuals day is 2 days as per 48 hours (normal day rule) but they (yureka plus ) have considered twice time from normal time ( 4 days ). also they have too much lengthy process to solve the customer problem and take time actual 15 - 20 days ( about 1 month apprxm.) also they provide late / delay services to their customer on telephone / online customer service they have no any repair service centre and causing too delayed in service while other rivals is provide service within a day. Also no durability is available for Yureka Plus Product specially for 5.5 inch ( YU 5510 MODEL) because such product width is very low and can not sustained minimum weight pressure on the display screen and product display is damaged as compare to micromax, samsung mobile smart phone. therefore i requesting you please disclosed this drawback of yureka plus to all prospect customers in India & abroad so that no customer sustained such type of loss that i have sustained.
