Zaak Epayment Services — money got debited for an unsuccessful transaction | |||
I was ordering food through uber eats, when i selected paytm as my payment mode, all of sudden amount got debited from my card for zaak epayment services and transaction was unsuccessful. This is not acceptable and the money should be refunded. Amount: 122.70 which have no reference on what transaction being processed. Please take this up and process the refund. Iam paying 10/- but amount deducted to 11540/- by Axis Bank payments .I have screen shots also please kindly as soon as posible .

I need resolution this transaction
As today 09/02/2020 by 1:15pm I have made an payment for my emi of Bajaj Finance but unfortunately it shows transactions failed and money got debited from my account and money got transferred to ZAAK EPAYMENT SERVICES for which I'm not aware of why without such information money got debited I want my money to refunded again by today itself
