I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 21 feb 2018. Vide pnr no. [protected] on train no. 17487 but ticket booking massage was not received, nor showing in irctc website. When we checked at our irctc website after one hour found tatkal w/l tickets was booked.after that 22-feb-2018 at 5.37 pm, automatically cancel the w/l/ tatkal ticket by irctc. Received massage in my registered mobile no. That rs. 650/- will be refunded. Till date refund amount was not received in my bank a/c. I have paid online through syndicate bank. Rs. 770/- on 22-feb-2018 to irctc. Today on 28-feb-2018, when we checked our irctc website a/c found false massage is showing that rs. 3080/- was refunded on 24-feb-2018 through zkpy bank. Sir, please resolve the issue and send refund to my registered icici bank a/c Pnr no.
