Hi Today I trying To Reacharge My UTS IRCTC wallet I paid via UPI Id but the that Reacharge Status Has Failed And Money Has Been Deducated From My Account I dont where is my money Kindy Solve this issue

I have book train ticket on 10 march 2018 from hiranagar to panipat using sbi debit card in irctc through ZKPY gateway bt transaction failed and money Rs385 deducted from my account 3 times and theee transaction id are [protected], [protected],[protected]. but still donot get my money back
