I booked ticket on 11.12.2018 throgh irctc. Transaction by mobikwik and money debited my sbi account. When i checked my bank account money not refunded. I check irctc app. Then i noticed irctc refunded to the amount to zaakpay bank. Please refund the amount to my account [protected], ifsc code sbin0022044. Kindly solve the issue. Today I had done the transaction for tatkal booking against transaction id [protected] . but ticket has not booked and payment already deduct from my AC. kindly process the amount for refund.
