I was trying to book a irctc ticket from bangalore to madurai. The ticket was not booked due to the error stating that "passenger not in same coach" but amount got deducted from my account. I have booked 4 tickets on dated 5 feb 2018 through yrs bank net banking but due to some reasons I have to cancel all the 4 ticket on 28 march 2018 on irctc site it is showing that the amount of 1660 is send to zkpay on 30 march 2018 but zakpay has not refunded it to my yes bank account
