Zaakpay.com — irctc cancellation amount not credited to the bank account. | |||
I have booked ticket on 27 march 2019 payment completed and payment gateway is mobikwik and due to some personal reason cancelled my ticket on 27-mar-19 & irctc says payment refunded in zkpy (Zaakpay) pg but not received in my bank account. Please resolve my problem asap (As soon as possible). I dont know about that and i dont have any account on zaakpay. So please i request to you resolved my problem as soon as possible. I have cancelled train ticket and the money has been refunded by railways which is still pending at your end.in other words it is not deposited in my bank account.the transaction ID is [protected]
