Zaakpay.com — irctc refund amount are not credited in my cbi bank account

4250 rupees are refunded in your account by irctc railway ticket cancellation and you are not credited this rupees in my central bank account so please imidietly consider my complaint and solve this problem.

I was booked my 3 tickets where total amount is 4250 rupees so please resolve my problem because it's a huge amount.
