Zaakpay.com — irctc refund not received to my bank account

Dear sir/ madam,
I have booked railway ticket on 23.06.2018 through irctc app i have paid through sbi debit card. Due to non availability of seat transaction dropped on same day 23 june 2018. Irctc says payment is sent
To zaakpay pg on 23.06.2018. But cash not received in my bank a/ c.
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
