Zaakpay.com — money debited from my account from zaak epay mumbai | |
My account has been debited with Rs.95 and Rs.221.24 in the name of Zaak epayment services mumbai on 28.12.2019 And it wasn't done by me. I used uber eats today and made payment of Rs. 95 and Rs. 1 for which i got otp and submitted that. But the amount has been debited to zaap epayments. Hence kindly check the same and recredit my account with the payment that was wrongly made. I have attached the screenshot of the transaction for your reference.

I done a recharge of 100₹ for my uts app through Google pay. The recharge request was from zaakpay. The money was deducted but recharge failed. Money has been paid to zaakpay but there is no money has sent to my uts app. Where is the money gone?. I got a message of money deduction but recharge o[censored]ts app was not done. Please Help.
